Birth of Baháʼu’lláh

“Verily I say, this is the Day in which mankind can behold the Face, and hear the Voice, of the Promised One. The Call of God hath been raised, and the light of His countenance hath been lifted up upon men… Great indeed is this Day! The allusions made to it in all the sacred Scriptures as the Day of God attest its greatness.”
You are warmly invited to a community-wide celebration of the Birth of the Blessed Beauty.

We are very excited to announce the brand new Calgary Baháʼí website, calgarybahai.ca which launched in September, 2023.

The Communications Committee worked very hard to build a new website. Planning, design, and construction started in February 2023 and was completed in September, 2023. It was a very large project to undertake. No one in the Communications Committee really knew how to build a website let alone where to start.

But, they had help.

So, they went to school, and bit by bit they learned how to build a website. The last nine months have been filled with many sleepless nights, hundreds (yes hundreds) of hours of building, editing, designing, and writing content.

They looked for website building prayers but apparently, none have been revealed as of yet. So, they used every other prayer and it seemed to work.

The new Calgary Baháʼí website is a reflection of an ever-growing and expanding community. As we learn to build capacity, more and more members of the community will be able to partake in an evolving, modern, digital presence.

We hope you enjoy the fresh new look!

Nice website with lots of great information! Is there an opportunity to make suggestions for content … maybe you have provided for that but I missed it?
Thanks for all the hundreds of hours!
